Today at 2:00 i went to the orthodontics and got a expander in.
this is what an expander looks like.at the dentist you get a key and if you see the hole, well you put the key in and turn it then it expands your mouth wider.
Ouch! Huh?
by my cheek are little things so that when i get braces they will stick.
But the little things make your cheeks soar, but oh well.

Ouch, sorry Annabelle! I had one and still have scars on my cheeks from it! This is what your dad tried to remove with a spoon! :) It didn't work, so don't waste your time trying! :)
