We have been reviewing the alphabet with Adelaide and Amelia. About two weeks ago, (I know! I am really slow at blogging our activities) we decided to make bagels for the letter "B". I have never made bagels before and thought it might be fun to try it. The girls had a lot of fun helping me mix the dough and also forming them into bagels. They waited patiently while I gave them a water bath, and then they sprinkled on the toppings. They really liked that part. We decided that we liked the cinnamon crunchie ones that we made the best. Amelia keeps asking me to make mini cinnamon bagels. We had so much fun, so maybe one of these days we will get around to making a few more.

I'm surprised Arne wasn't around to inspire this one! Cute girlies! Where was Mr. Auli while all this was going on?
By the way, I hope the sign in the background labeling the "stove" isn't for you or Arne! :)
