Amelia has broken her nose, at least I think she did. The other night the kids were outside playing on the swings when Amelia started to cry. Adelaide brought her in yelling "Amelia fell off the swing and she's bleeding". Upon further questioning I found out that Amelia had taken a running start to dive onto the swing, but with all the momentum she flipped off the swing. According to Adelaide "she did a flip on the swing and fell on her nose and eye". She seems to be okay except for the big black and blue left side of her nose. But she is still so cute!

Oh, poor Amelia. You're right, though. It doesn't take away from here cuteness. I'm just so sorry it had to happen to such a sweet little girl!

Oh! Poor Meal, Meal! Hopefully it'll heal nicely and she won't have to suffer through the years with a deviated septum like her uncle Shyler. Feel free to use his example with the other kids while explaining to them to be a bit more careful like steering clear of baseballs zooming at one's face and 2X4's being swung around by cousins! We use your bike and no shoes story all the time. It works wonders! :)
